Oh, hello! Thanks for stopping by. Presumably, you clicked on this page to find out a little more about me. My name is Sierra and I’m a twenty-something travel-obsessed music lover living and working in Brooklyn, New York.
Born and raised in California, I moved to NYC almost 8 years ago. Living on the East Coast has provided me with many more opportunities to travel, being in such close proximity to Europe and the rest of the world!
I like long walks through the Target home goods department and personally believe that one of life’s greatest pleasures is cracking open a perfectly ripe avocado. I also love fall more than any reasonable human should. More random facts about me here.
I graduated with a degree in music management and communications last year after taking time off from school to move 3,000 miles across the country and switch career paths. Since I currently work remotely, that allows me the extra freedom to work from anywhere in the world (as long as it has wifi!) My passion continues to be rooted in music (specifically music supervision for TV & film), but I’m still figuring out what path to take – as most graduates in their twenties are.
Traveling is one of my biggest joys in life and I can’t seem to get enough. I’ve always loved exploring new places and was bitten by the travel bug at a very young age. My 51-day Europe trip in the summer of 2015 was largely what inspired me to start this blog. I’m looking forward to documenting my journeys with plenty of photos and stories, sharing travel guides, tips and tricks about blogging, social media and more.
